Muldoon, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Muldoon

“This is long overdue, but we wanted to provide an update on our beautiful boy, Muldoon. We can't say he hasn't been a challenge (haha) but he's nothing if not the sweetest, most cuddly boy ever. The challenge being he's 93(!) pounds and thinks he's a lapdog. :) He for sure keeps us on our toes but we wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you so much for bringing him into our lives.”

Clifford, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Clifford

“Here is another Clifford update for you. Today he received his AKC CGC title, and a few weeks ago he received his AKC Trick Dog title, so his registration now reads Happiest Lab Clifford The Big Red Dog CGC TKN. Also, we have our own professional handlers and we sent him out with them to start working on getting enough points to earn his AKC Championship title. While he does not have it yet, he's turning lots of heads in the ring as really nice fox red labs are hard to find. I've been told he is an "Exceptional fox red Lab" by several judges and other handlers too. I've attached a photo of him with one of our handlers with his CGC ribbon and another picture of him with the same handler and his three first place ribbons he won this weekend in Gulfport.”

Sammi, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Sammi

“Just wanted to send updated pictures of Sammi, out of Rain and Angel litter. She is now 7 months old! She is beautiful and we adore her. She is great with our Grandson she just finished obedience training, our trainer was so impressed with her, he asked were we got her he said she was very pretty and for a Labrador not as high strung as most of the (American) ones he sees. so so smart, I could go on and on but she is loved by us.”

— Julie
Tucker, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Tucker

“Tucker is almost one! Where did the time go? We just love him! He is everything we were looking for in a puppy. He travels in our Motorhome and rides for hours between our seats, he loves going places and making new friends, he loves our grandkids and can't wait for them to come play, he is low energy and tires out quickly (like us) he always wants to be close to us and often sits in our feet. He has beautiful shiny black coat, big blocky head, thick body and the famous otter tail. Thank you for guiding us to the perfect dog for us!”

— Robin
Koda, an English Labrador from The Happiest Labrador

Koda

“There are no words to express how happy I am to have found this breeder. I brought my beautiful sweet girl home a little over a year ago and she has been nothing short of amazing. The name of this breeder says it all because I certainly do have the happiest lab. Her temperament and love for people makes her perfect. I would highly recommend this breeder to anyone looking for the perfect dog.”

— Traci
Grizzly, an English Labrador from The Happiest Labrador

Poppy, an English Labrador from The Happiest Labrador

Poppy

“Hey! Here is Poppy! I have some videos as well but here are some pictures of her! We love her to pieces and she is a healthy girl! I will say she had the most expressive eyes!!! Just wanted to show you some pictures of her”

— Ann
Stanly, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Stanly

“I wanted to share an update with you now that Stanly has officially been part of our family for one whole week. Stanly took no time at all to settle in and adjusted immediately. He is the softest, sweetest, boldest, and mushiest. We can't get enough of his rolls. He is absolutely gorgeous. He sits for his food and sits for treats and has, on average, 6 different toys in his mouth with in a 1 minute period. Most importantly, he has finally cracked his big brother today and now they won't stop playing! Stanly has been the perfect addition to our family and we feel so lucky to love this little guy. Thanks for everything.”

— Molley
Lewey, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Lewey

“Lewey is spending the next two weeks at our lake house in the Adirondacks. He is swimming like a champ. He is such a good boy and always wants to do the right thing. We love watching him grow and explore the world around him. He is the best boy!”

Mallie

“Photo updates of our Mallie! Our baby Bo loves her so much. She's always been so gentle with him. We love watching them grow up together!”

— Bethany
Riggs, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Riggs

“Riggs was Mr. Red from Sunday and Steve's littler and I call him our living cartoon character because of his adorable and expressive face as well as his silly antics. He is 10.5 months and is 80lbs of pure silliness and love. He loves to run, steal socks, and chew on bully sticks. He's never met a ball or a lap he doesn't like and a sprinkler/ hose/ anything that sprays water hates to see him coming. he is truly the best little fur brother to our two kiddos and is the most perfect addition to our family. We are so grateful for you all for bringing this big, chocolate chunk into our life! We just love him.”

— The Wynhoff Family
Knox, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Knox

“Hi! Remember me? I'm Knox aka Mr Red. My pawrents are Thompson and Lea. I thought I would check in because tomorrow I will be seven months old and I thought you'd like to know that my human family is pretty paw-some! They take me swimming in the river and I went in the ocean for the first time last week. I loved it! They also fill a baby pool for me that I love to splash in. I especially love it when mommy throws in fruits and veggies so I can dive for them. A trainer has been helping me with my manners and I'm learning to be the goodest boy! It turns out I'm not the "chill" dog I was in my puppy video! I keep mommy and daddy on their toes with all my antics and activities! Last week I gave them a scare because I ate a whole stick of butter with the wrapper… When my mommy called the emergency vet, he just started laughing and said something about labs are crazy! I hope everything is fine with you. My mommy shows me all the videos from happiest labs. I think I have a pretty good life here in New Jersey! Love, Knox”

— Bob and Patty
Edi, an English Labrador from The Happiest Labrador

Edi

“We’ve had Edi here for a month now and she has settled right into our home and family. She’s playful, happy, sweet and very smart. Of course she does all of the puppy stuff- chews, bothers her older brother, jumps, nips, and runs zoomies, but she also has learned so many good girl things too! Like- potty trained (with in 2 weeks), sits for treats and practices our “good walk” training every morning. She “kennels up” when we tell her to and sleeps 6-7 hours a night. I can tell she’s going to be the lab I wanted… my walking buddy, our playful, loving family member, and my best girl Thank you to the Happiest Labrador family for our Edi”

— Tracy
Their Boy, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Their Boy

“He's a great dog, extremely smart and trainable and a joy. He loves the pool, long walks, chasing the ball and cuddling. He's right around 55 pounds now and strong as an ox, so it's great that he's so good on the leash. Below are a couple of pictures of him enjoying the backyard and a video of him with the zoomies. Absolutely love this pup”

— Blair
Winston, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Winston

“We need time to slow down. Winston is our pride and joy and has brought so much light into our lives. We get compliments on how sweet and confident he is all the time and he is excelling in his training courses. We are so blessed and thankful to have such a sweet boy be a part of our new family. Thank you so much for helping to make this happen for us. We love him so much!!”

— Cloey
Bruce, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Bruce

“Hi! We wanted to give you a quick update on Bruce. He has jumped into our family and has made us all so happy. He's such a good boy and a quick learner. He loves his crate, is almost 100% potty trained, and learning all kinds of commands already. Thank you for breeding such amazing pups! We love our Bruce!”

— Lindsay
Olive, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Olive

“Olive is SASSY, and I swear she has the biggest personality of any dog I've ever met. It is absolutely her world and we're all just lucky to live in it. She's super social, especially with kids, crazy curious, and so smart. We travel with her all the time, so she's been learning how to "live off-leash", and we spend a ton of time training. Her biggest challenge? She is a jumper…but only at home and we're still working on that one. Olive in public is one of the most well behaved puppies you have ever been around. Crazy how she turns it on. Working with her to be a therapy dog. I can't believe she's almost a year old.  She loves the beach, the mountains, anywhere outside or on the go, truly a little adventurer.  She's the best travel partner and has already visited eight states!  And I'm pretty sure I've passed along your contact info at least 15 times, from art festivals to hiking trails, because everyone asks about her and comments on her beautiful coat.  She is the most beautifully happy girl.”

— Stacy
Their New Boy, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Their New Boy

“I just wanted to reach out since it's been a week and say thank you again for everything. I really appreciate all the care you put into him before he came home with me. He's doing great and settling in so well! He's already showing how smart and well-behaved he is, and it's been such a joy having him here. You can definitely tell he was raised with a lot of love. Just wanted to let you know he's doing wonderful and is already very loved. Thank you again!”

— Michael
Daisy, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Daisy

“Daisy has had a busy first week learning about her new home and family. Everyone is completely in love. She is fun, energetic, and has the perfect basis for crate and potty training. She is doing so well! We cannot thank you enough for all you have done in helping to create such an amazing pup, and in all the effort it takes to connect pups to their forever homes. Even homes across the border! You have been so responsive, clear, helpful and excited for us. We are so grateful to you! Our experience of your puppy nanny team was also exceptional. The information provided ahead was excellent, the photos and handover were done with such care, and Bevan was an absolute champion. He had SUCH a long day and he was calm, caring, and cheerful. He placed Daisy right into my crying daughter's arms with such care. She was so overwhelmed with emotion - joy, gratitude, a "pinch me" moment - and he knew just what to say.”

— Sarah
Moki, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Moki

“Moki is home! We are so in love! He and our 5 yr old got along from the first moment and I can tell they will be the best of brothers. Moki is exploring all of his new toys, playing in the backyard and being so loving and snuggly with us! This little guy is such a love! He's doing so well at potty training, crate training and learning to sit. Your description of his personality was spot on. He loves his toys during playtime, but he's also so happy to snuggle. He's curious and playful and smart and oh so lovable. He's definitely stolen all our hearts.”

— Ashley
Scout, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Scout

“I just wanted to send an update on Scout as tomorrow is already her first birthday! She's very smart and has done so well with her training. She's still a sassy girl with a big personality. We always get compliments on how she's such "a good looking dog". We love her so much and thank you again for breeding such wonderful dogs.”

— Kelly
Maeve, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Maeve

“As promised, here are those pictures. Maeve really is the best girl.  She is so good with other dogs and children.  Loves playing in the yard with our son and other dog (they snuggle all the time on the sofa.).  She is about 45 lbs right now.  Looks smaller because Oliver is an enormous lab. We couldn't be happier with our goofy girl.”

— Kate
Lady, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Lady

“Lady is so perfect for our family and has been all-consuming in the best ways. She is so friendly to everyone she meets and so smart with training! She practically potty trained herself and already plays fetch and catch! She lives up to her name, Lady, and is a spoiled little princess. Her favorite things are belly rubs, playing with the ball, and eating ice cubes. We love her so much and already can't imagine our lives without her!”

— Allison
Maisie, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Maisie

“I just wanted to give you a little update on our sweet Maisie. She turned 1 back in May and I've been meaning to update y'all! Maisie is the sweetest girl and we just love her so much. She has been a perfect addition to our family after loosing our last lab. You nailed it when you said my daughter and her would be best friends- they are inseparable and have the sweetest bond. She's so smart and so easy to train! She loves to play and loves to sleep! Haha She goes on lots of adventures with us and does so well in public or the wilderness both on and off leash. She just recently went on her first beach trip and LOVED jumping the waves and chasing the birds. She's the best and so well loved- thank y'all so much! Here's some photos of us over the year!”

— Nicole
Sonny, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Sonny

“Sonny is doing really well and we love him SO much!! He is super playful and has quite the little personality! He knows his name and is already learning to come and to sit! He is very smart and just as handsome as can be!!! He sleeps all night in his crate and we are working on getting him more comfortable in his crate other than sleeping so maybe I can leave the house sometime in the future, haha!! We are just in love with this boy and are so happy he is ours!!”

— Jenny
Ivy, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Ivy

“Just wanted to let you know how well Ivy is settling in.  She is the best little traveler, loves car rides and has slept thru the night since the day we brought her home. Ivy is a smart girl, who took to clicker training like a champ. She knows "come"and "sit" at the moment. Teaching her to wait to approach her food bowl is comical. She eats like a Lab!  She is on a great schedule and is just so loved, most importantly. She is going to be an amazing dog!  A good mix of sweet and spunky, for sure!  Thank you for choosing her for us!”

— Lisa
Daisy, a Happiest Labrador at home with their family

Daisy

“We are loving every second with our sweet Daisy. We wanted to share a few updates with you. At our last vet visit on April 8 she was 21 pounds, I'm sure she is like 25 now. She's healthy and happy and on track to have 2 more rounds of vaccinations so we can begin exploring outside and having new nature adventures. She's growing so fast and tall and strong. And, this week she can reach our kitchen countertops - we had no idea "counter surfing" started so early. She's a genius. She's curious, sweet, smart, gorgeous, and playful. She sleeps so amazing through the night with our 5am potty break. She's not big on naps, unless we make ourselves very boring so she's not missing any of the fun. She sleeps best while we are gone - so we just started taking time for the gym and dinner dates. Our work schedules allowed us to be home all day and every day during the last month. Daisy continues to excel at her training and impresses us each day with her newest additions: "stay" and "come" and "leave it" and "drop it." She has access to more of our home and is always exploring (with supervision of course) and getting into new things and creating cute cozy spots. We have every pretty toy imaginable but somehow paper towels and ordinary household items continue to be her favorite. She always wants to be included and "helps us" do laundry, swiffer, and simple household chores. She's been to many stores including the market and the mall and is incredible in high traffic areas. She's so calm and observant - she only paws or does a very soft bark to ask strangers for more pets when they stop to admire how adorable she is. We are amazed at how well she does in the car and how she has integrated perfectly into our lives all the while adding so much love and meaning to every moment.”

Griz, a chocolate English Labrador from The Happiest Labrador

Griz

“FIVE STARS - I could not recommend Catharine and The Happiest Labrador more! After doing extensive research of breeders in the area, I know I made the best decision. Griz (chocolate male from rosie x manny liter 2020) is the best dog I've ever had, and I will definitely be going back in the future because my biggest regret was not getting two from that liter. He's laid back, sassy, loving, goofy and just gorgeous. I get compliments everywhere I go about his amazing personality. If you are looking for a breeder that has a genuine care for her puppies, pick The Happiest Labrador. I will cherish the professional photos they sent me from his 1st day born and every week from then on. It's not usual to find a breeder that connects you to your pup at such an early stage.”

— Jill
Blaze, an English Labrador from The Happiest Labrador

Blaze

“We feel very blessed to have found The Happiest Labrador in our search for a labrador retriever puppy. Catharine was always available for any questions we had. She would send pictures and keep us updated on how the puppies were doing. She was absolutely wonderful through the entire process! As for Blaze, he is a bundle of joy. He is now a healthy five month old and is the perfect addition to our family! He is beautiful, loving, very energetic, and loves to play outside. On his first vet appointment, the veterinarians were so impressed with his appearance and behavior. They wanted to take him home. We could not be happier.”

— The Jerger Family
Bentley, an English Labrador from The Happiest Labrador

Bentley

“We are so happy we found Catharine and The Happiest Labrador. Our Bentley never stops wagging her tail. She loves being around people of all ages and other dogs. Catharine kept us informed during the entire process and all of the AKC information matched up perfectly. Our vet even asked who our breeder was as he said she was a “very heathy and happy puppy.””

— Mike and Kylie
Reba, an English Labrador from The Happiest Labrador

Reba

“Today marks one week since we picked up our little lady and she has quickly won over our hearts and become our new best friend. We are all so in love with our sweet girl. I just wanted to thank you again for all your help and for making this such a good experience. We also find comfort in knowing that you guys are there if we have any questions along the way. PS - Here are a couple pics of her with Dottie (my brother’s dog from Reba’s previous litter.) They are so sweet together.”
